Terms of service

Scope

The following Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed in nature. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

Contractual Partner, Contract Formation, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with SOLE SOLE GbR.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products. You may initially add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is: English.

We store the contract text and will send you the order data and these Terms of Service in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery Conditions

We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.

We deliver by postal shipping only. Unfortunately, collection in person is not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers.

Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

Credit Card You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately upon placing your order.

PayPal To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately upon placing your order. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers additional payment options within their PayPal account, based on PayPal's own criteria. We have no influence over the availability of such options; any individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal exclusively. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.
