Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have the following options:

Online Self-Service (recommended): Log in to your customer account on our website and submit your return request directly through the self-service area. Once your request has been received, please send the items back to our address at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by you.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes on Linked Credit Agreements

If you have financed this contract through a loan and subsequently withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case where we are also your lender, or where your lender makes use of our cooperation in connection with the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the withdrawal takes effect, your lender assumes our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal in respect of that agreement as well.
