Shipping

We ship all orders via DHL (Warenpost International) to all EU member states. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone and parcel weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note: A seasonal surcharge of €0.19 (November–December) and a peak surcharge of up to €0.50 may apply during high-demand periods.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please send it back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Items must be returned to:

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the return.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Items that have been used.
  • Items that show visible signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
